Shipping policy
Update for Thursday 8th January 2026:
Due to the incoming storm on Thursday 8th Jan, and in line with our values, we want to ensure our team can get home safely. For this reason, we've temporarily paused the option for next-day delivery. All orders placed head of the weekend will be packed and dispatched first thing on Monday.

United Kingdom: We offer two options for UK orders;
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx 3 - 5 day delivery)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed Next Weekday if you order before 1pm)
Orders placed after 1pm will leave us the following working day. We ask you to allow an extra day for dispatch during peak times. Please note 48 hours refers to weekday deliveries only and is an estimate NOT a guarantee.
Whilst Royal Mail has a great track record with us for delivering within the allocated time-frame, please note that due to weather, incidents and accidents beyond our control, delays can arise. Please therefore allow 7-10 working days for shipping on in-stock items. If more than 10 days have passed, please email us at support@hannasillitoe.com to review the status of your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing it to get clarification on a delivery date. We can arrange a next day service in some circumstances.
Orders to Europe: Please allow 5 to 15 working days for shipping on in-stock items. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and typically deliver much sooner, we can not be held responsible for customs or international shipping delays which can sometimes hold up delivery. If more than 15 days have passed, please email us at support@hannasillitoe.com to review the status of your order.
Please note: Due to Brexit, regulations about what can and can not be imported into European countries is constantly changing. It remains your responsibility to familiarise yourself with local legislation + import / VAT / customs fees. Returning orders to us because you're unwilling to pay local charges can become expensive and unfortunately we will have to deduct these costs from your refund.
Rest of the World: Please allow 7 to 21 working days for shipping on in-stock items. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and typically deliver much sooner, we can not be held responsible for courier and customs delays which can sometimes occur. We also do not take responsibility for local customs fees in your country. It is entirely your responsibility to make enquiries locally about applicable customs costs, which might be charged when ordering from the UK. These can vary depending upon country or state, so it would be impossible for us to list all variants.
