Great product, gut feels stronger and skin is clearer! Takes some time to start feeling the full effects but after a few months of taking this daily I know I will never stop!

Great product, my psoriasis has slowly subsided. This only takes a small while from initially using it on a daily basis. One week later I started to see the difference.
Love this body cream, feels great when applied. Not sticky and absorbed quickly by skin. Feels very nourishing.
Since using this prebiotic SPF50 on my face my skin has cleared up. I would highly recommend it for anyone with psoriasis
Really loving being back on the biotic. I took a break from it to try and alternative (big mistake). Within days of taking it again my IBS settled right down and I generally felt better. My psoriasis is following the same pattern as when I first took the biotic - worsening slightly then slow steady improvement. I'm glad to be back ❤️
Comes in beautiful packaging. Feels like you’re doing yourself a favour when you take this. Goes down nicely and only slightly bitter.
Very pleasant to drink, definitely feel better for taking it daily and hopefully start to see some skin benefits soon.

Bought this for myself as a bit of a test to use in the shower as I couldn't find the shower oil you used to sell on the site anymore, guess it's discontinued? Works beautifully! Nice and soft feeling, lathers up well on a natural sponge. A quick, easy shower experience, which is welcome, leaving skin feeling soft and not at all dried out. Will be buying again!
i have been using the probiotic drink for about 6 weeks now and I'm sure the eczema or psoriasis on my lower legs is improving.. I don't have an actual diagnosis of what the rash/ sore red rash is but I definitely feel its helping 🙏❣️🙏 thanks so much ☺️🙏☺️
After several eczema flare ups (face only) I changed my probiotic and bought the night serum and night balm. 2 weeks in now, and initial reaction was loose stools and gut discomfort first few days, then the worse facial eczema I’ve ever had. On reading about this the eczema may have been a “die off” occurrence. After 5 days of itching tightness and flaking the eczema has almost gone and I put eye make up on for the first time in 3 months. Will continue with this Biotic. I have no “before” photo as I felt quite miserable about it but this is taken 2.5 weeks after starting the biotic. The eyelid eczema has almost disappeared and rest significantly improved.

I started with psoriasis on my hands, feet and scalp in January 2026. I had been to the GP for advise and was prescribed vitamin D steroid ointment. Which helped but it just kept flaring up again. Searching for advise online I came across Hannah and read all about the different products. I ordered the Multi strain biotic and have been using it for the past 2 weeks daily. Honestly it is the best it has ever looked, still slightly present as seen in the photo, hopefully this will clear in another few weeks time. I also have RA and take other medications. My gut health feels so much more improved since taking this. So thank you Hannah and team. I have since gone on to order the scalp oil and daily balm which arrived yesterday, I have high hopes for these as well.

I love that this comes in a bottle that can fit easily in the fridge, making it easier to remember to take a dose in the morning! The liquid probiotic has really improved the appearance of some eczema around my mouth and nose, so much so that I've been able to go without concealer!
My son all of a sudden had a flare up of what i believe was eczema. Had numerous gp appointments and creams including steroids. The eczema then took over his whole body and I was so upset for him. I was then recommended this company and the Freddie’s first lotion as someone spoke very highly of it. Anyway, the product was on sale so I thought why not buy it and see how it goes. My skin condition is absolutely amazing
Two years ago I suddenly got really bad eczema on my arms and onto my back, belly and face. I tried a range of medication, after trying lots of things this probiotic along with moisturizers such as balneum plus anti itch cream and thunderbird skin cream it finally seems to have calmed down. I can especially tell the difference since taking the probiotic half an hour or more before food in the morning.

My skin has always been prone to eczema flare ups, especially when I am stressed. I had been using this product for my son’s eczema & had noticed massive improvements over the years so decided I would take same to see if it would help my recent flare up on my wrist. I have seen massive improvements in last 8 weeks & the area in question is less itchy.
I’ve tried this biotic before 3 years ago, however I paused this due to unrelated health problems which meant I was put on lots of different antibiotics, I wish I knew then how they would affect my gut my eczema flares came back thick and fast. I’ve started taking this again religiously every day, I’ve also made other changes to my diet and lifestyle and seen a huge improvement. After just 3 weeks I genuinely feel lighter, more able to enjoy life again and my confidence is slowly returning. Would not take any other biotics over this one. Currently bribing my kids to take it too!!

So happy to have found your multi strain biotic. I have suffered from eczema for 53 years and for the past five years with CSU. I went through steroid withdraw years ago and have tried EVERYTHING out there from both dermatologists and naturopaths. Within two weeks of using your biotic my skin is calmer, and my itching has decreased considerably. I have had no CSU flares and my skin is finally able to heal. Thank you for restoring my hope!

I have been taking the multi strain biotic as well as using the soothing spray and intensive night balm for the last 3 years. I have seen a major improvement with my eczema flare ups. I cannot live without these products! Please can you create travel size versions!

I love the smell and the consistency. I know this will last me for a very long time as you only need a little. I wake up and my face is soft. I would say that it helped with my psoriasis but my skin is still very dry. I have been using it for a month now and I expected to heal my very dry skin sooner.
I think the amazing results to my hands are a combination of the multi strain biotic and the prebiotic hand cream. So pleased with the outcome, highly recommend both of these products.
We stopped steroid creams and the eczema came back strong... but i did not want to continue using steroid creams, i had seen this product advertised before and my aim was to heal from the inside instead of just fighting the skin. Im grateful.. after over a month of zero sleep due to itching, im happy to say we are sleeping again. We are not completly there yet but it has only been 2 weeks. Thank you
Really do love this cream, the texture the way it soaks into skin leaving it feeling hydrated, smells lovely. Been having really bad time with my skin /flare ups of exzema since around October last year do feel its helping only downfall is the tube don't last very long with using it as a body cream daily or maybe its me applying to much
I have been using the multi-strain biotic for around 9 months now, and it has definitely helped to transform my psoriasis. Last summer, I had psoriasis all over my face and scalp, which I found really upsetting. Since then, my skin has transformed. I have used the multi-strain biotic daily, coupled with following Hanna’s advice on cutting out nightshades, alcohol, ultra processed foods (we switched to home made bread). I really recommend giving it a try!
Lovely cream but don't feel it's for my skin but this could be due to flare ups I'm having just now. It's light and my skin really soaks this up
I have started to use this 4 months ago, and now i i can not imagine starting my day withouth it ! The bloating calmed after a couple of weeks and after 2 months i was able to digest much better, and enjoy foods that i couldn't have before, as they irritated my gut. Truly a brilliant help for bloating and a big help for me with IBS.

The two patches I've photographed were larger ,red lumpy and itchy two months ago. It was diagnosed as venal eczema a year ago at the skin clinic and steroid ointments had not cured it. Even though life has been fairly stressful over the past months my legs are almost clear. They haven't been like that for a number of years.

I have been taking the probiotic for 3weeks now, along with your cream and balm from the Psoriasis bundle, and have seen a clear improvement in my flare up of Psoriasis. It has almost completely disappeared from my face and the patches on my torso are no longer angry and improving day by day. I was sceptical about the theory of healing my skin from my gut but it has made a vast improvement to my skin and therefore my overall day to day life.
It's abit like marmite I think by reading other reviews you either love it or you don't but I do recommend using it at night-time
