Position Overview
We’re Hanna Sillitoe — a fast-growing, B Corp-pending, award-winning skincare and wellness brand with a passionate community, big ambitions, and a small but mighty team. Our turnover is currently £1.5m and we’re on a mission to scale to £5m+ — but we’ll only do it in a way that stays true to our values: family, flexibility, and doing things differently. We’re now looking for a talented Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to join us in-house at Alderley Park and help take our paid media and customer communications to the next level.
Your Role
Reporting directly to our Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll take ownership of our performance marketing and CRM activity — with a strong focus on Meta ads and email marketing.
- Meta advertising:
You’ll manage and optimise our largest ad channel. This includes building and scaling campaigns, testing creatives and audiences, increasing efficiency, and driving continuous improvements in ROAS. - Klaviyo & email strategy:
You’ll lead our email marketing strategy end to end — from flows and campaigns to segmentation and data insights — ensuring every message drives engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) to drive acquisition and revenue growth
- Work closely with our Head of Brand & Marketing to shape the marketing strategy and execute impactful campaigns
- Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets, continuously testing audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS
- Build, manage, and optimise Klaviyo flows and campaigns (welcome, post-purchase, retention, win-back, seasonal promos etc)
- Segment audiences effectively and maintain healthy database management and deliverability
- Collaborate with our Head of Brand & Marketing and Design Lead to turn creative ideas into high-performing campaigns
- Monitor campaign and flow performance, reporting weekly on insights and actionable next steps
- Conduct structured A/B testing across ads and email to identify scalable growth opportunities
- Oversee the relationship and performance of our PPC agency to ensure targets are consistently met
- Keep on top of industry changes, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Analysing performance across ads + CRM to share insights and guide strategy.
Key Skills
- Proven track record running Meta ads at scale (£15–50k+/month spend).
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience, from building automated flows to executing campaigns and analysing performance
- Data-driven and commercially minded — you understand how acquisition and retention impact revenue and margins
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and turning data into strategy
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and collaborating closely with a brand/design team
- Excited by the chance to grow with a brand that’s scaling quickly
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with additional platforms (Google Ads, TikTok etc)
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce analytics tools
- Prior experience in a scaling DTC/e-commerce brand
- A passion for the wellness and skincare industry
