Serving Suggestion;
Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot or infuser.
Add 1 cup (250mls) of boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain and serve.

A lovely cosy tea with a nice balance of floral and grassy. I try not to drink coffee in the afternoon and this gives me an alternative that I actually enjoy (rather than a fruit tea bag that I couldn't tell you what flavour it was if it didn't have it written on the box!) and one teaspoon in my cafetiere is perfect.
I have this every morning, I love the taste and I'm sure it is helping my skin along with all the other Hanna Sillitoe products I use.

I love this tea. Very refreshing, lovely taste with a slight citrus flavour. I have a cup of this in the morning after my multi strain biotic. Sure they are both doing me good and are certainly aiding my digestion.
Helps with my Skin BIGTIME. I really notice a difference. Clearer skin. I tried to have a cup everyday but also freeze the tea into ice cubes and add to fresh glass of water and it tastes lovely.
What a great selection of herbs! I have it as I suffer with TSW and I just think anything to help my skin is good to take. The taste is alright (not my favorite but not bad either). I would definitely recommend for any skin issue

It’s a great tea it taste good, I like that it’s calming and helps with digestion.
So I was really unsure to buy this. Was deciding for about two months as I only like my tea with sugar and milk and I've tried herbal teas and the smell of herbal teas always puts me off. Anyways so brought this as reviews and online mentioned this is great for IBS and bloating and looking after your gut inside. So I suffer really bad with bloating to the point I look pregnant with anything I eat or drink. Sometimes very painful if I get stressed out and I do get flare ups of eczema on my scalp that prescription creams, shampoos and doesn't seem to clear up. that seems to go hand in hand with the bloating and IBS and off course - the going to the toilet so many times and nothing seems to help me control it or just to go toilet normal like once in the morning. I go several times and it takes over your life. Ok I never leave reviews but if someone is the same as me then read on..... At first I had to have this tea with a teaspoon off honey to get use to it as it has a slight bitter taste but it's not over powering. I do like to drink it after about 10mins after I've made it. I started with one a day for about two weeks and then 2 a day as I was actually enjoying it and then started 3 a day and I noticed a huge change for my toilet habits mainly first and then my husband noticed that I was not bloating after most foods. And my skin did start to change and was look more hydrated and was clearer. I don't struggle with most foods now as long as I drink my tea to avoid my triggers. I did have to learn how to ignore stressful situations with work and family health life etc. I find if I don't get stressed out when drinking the tea. It massively helps. I like the fact I have stopped taking my IBS tablets to help control the flare ups as I don't have them like I did before. Just to test it I didn't drink this tea for about 3 -4 weeks and bang the bloating is back and been toilet a few times the last few days and I generally feely crappie as IBS does and makes you feel tired from feeling like that. My son even makes me my little teapot of this tea now when he's having a normal tea and calls this tea my special tea. I personally will be purchasing again. But with times getting harder and money getting Tighter I'm not sure how long this will have to stay on my shopping list now unfortunately.
I really feel this is helping loads with the compliction of my skin and I've only used the tea for a week so far.

I love the taste of this Tea. I have at least to cups every day. I can see the results (when combined with an Alkaline diet and no chemicals on my skin).
