Milk Thistle Tincture is the active properties of Silybum marianum extracted into ethanol (medical alcohol).
This traditional method maintains and preserves the naturally-occurring constituents found in the plant.
Milk Thistle Silybum Marianum: dried fruit 33.3% Ethanol Content 50% v/v 333mg dried fruit per 1ml serving.
Directions for use:
30 drops twice daily. If you find the bitter tincture taste too strong, you may wish to dilute the drops in water or fruit juice.
For children, the elderly, those with a sensitive constitution or those avoiding alcohol, the alcohol can be evaporated from the tincture. This can be done by putting the drops in boiling water and leaving for 10 minutes to evaporate.

Lovely product
Absolutely love the milk thistle tincture. So easy to make into an alcohol free tincture by adding the drops to boiled water and waiting 10min; you cannot taste the alcohol at all. Not unpleasant to taste and easy to use and lots of it. Using alongside doing a juice cleanse and high raw eating. I would definitely recommend.

I love this product and take the tincture every morning in my herbal tea. It has quite a strong taste to it which takes a bit of getting used to but I actually enjoy now. This stuff is amazing! I started using this a couple of years ago to help ease the psoriasis on my elbows and within a couple of weeks it had completely cleared up. I ran out briefly over Christmas and my elbows flared up, along with some new patches on my feet (thanks perimenopause), as soon as I started taking it again my skin was almost instantly better. I add to a litre of water first thing in the morning and can barely taste it. I highly recommend this milk thistle product over any others available.

This is an excellent product which supports the liver. As an elderly person who isn't very computer savvy I found it very difficult to place my order. It would be really wonderful if there was support available to phone and speak to a person in real time.
