For optimal results, we recommend taking first thing in a morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before any food or drink. This helps the live bacteria reach your gut with minimal interference, supporting better absorption and overall effectiveness.
The dose for adults is 15ml (one tablespoon) daily, we recommend using a measuring tablespoon or a shot glass for accurate dosage. Great product, my psoriasis has slowly subsided. This only takes a small while from initially using it on a daily basis. One week later I started to see the difference.
Really loving being back on the biotic. I took a break from it to try and alternative (big mistake). Within days of taking it again my IBS settled right down and I generally felt better. My psoriasis is following the same pattern as when I first took the biotic - worsening slightly then slow steady improvement. I'm glad to be back ❤️

After several eczema flare ups (face only) I changed my probiotic and bought the night serum and night balm. 2 weeks in now, and initial reaction was loose stools and gut discomfort first few days, then the worse facial eczema I’ve ever had. On reading about this the eczema may have been a “die off” occurrence. After 5 days of itching tightness and flaking the eczema has almost gone and I put eye make up on for the first time in 3 months. Will continue with this Biotic. I have no “before” photo as I felt quite miserable about it but this is taken 2.5 weeks after starting the biotic. The eyelid eczema has almost disappeared and rest significantly improved.
I started with psoriasis on my hands, feet and scalp in January 2026. I had been to the GP for advise and was prescribed vitamin D steroid ointment. Which helped but it just kept flaring up again. Searching for advise online I came across Hannah and read all about the different products. I ordered the Multi strain biotic and have been using it for the past 2 weeks daily. Honestly it is the best it has ever looked, still slightly present as seen in the photo, hopefully this will clear in another few weeks time. I also have RA and take other medications. My gut health feels so much more improved since taking this. So thank you Hannah and team. I have since gone on to order the scalp oil and daily balm which arrived yesterday, I have high hopes for these as well.

I love that this comes in a bottle that can fit easily in the fridge, making it easier to remember to take a dose in the morning! The liquid probiotic has really improved the appearance of some eczema around my mouth and nose, so much so that I've been able to go without concealer!
My skin condition is absolutely amazing
Two years ago I suddenly got really bad eczema on my arms and onto my back, belly and face. I tried a range of medication, after trying lots of things this probiotic along with moisturizers such as balneum plus anti itch cream and thunderbird skin cream it finally seems to have calmed down. I can especially tell the difference since taking the probiotic half an hour or more before food in the morning.
My skin has always been prone to eczema flare ups, especially when I am stressed. I had been using this product for my son’s eczema & had noticed massive improvements over the years so decided I would take same to see if it would help my recent flare up on my wrist. I have seen massive improvements in last 8 weeks & the area in question is less itchy.
I’ve tried this biotic before 3 years ago, however I paused this due to unrelated health problems which meant I was put on lots of different antibiotics, I wish I knew then how they would affect my gut my eczema flares came back thick and fast. I’ve started taking this again religiously every day, I’ve also made other changes to my diet and lifestyle and seen a huge improvement. After just 3 weeks I genuinely feel lighter, more able to enjoy life again and my confidence is slowly returning. Would not take any other biotics over this one. We stopped steroid creams and the eczema came back strong... but i did not want to continue using steroid creams, i had seen this product advertised before and my aim was to heal from the inside instead of just fighting the skin. I have been using the multi-strain biotic for around 9 months now, and it has definitely helped to transform my psoriasis. Last summer, I had psoriasis all over my face and scalp, which I found really upsetting. Since then, my skin has transformed. I have used the multi-strain biotic daily, coupled with following Hanna’s advice on cutting out nightshades, alcohol, ultra processed foods (we switched to home made bread). I really recommend giving it a try!
I have started to use this 4 months ago, and now i i can not imagine starting my day withouth it ! The bloating calmed after a couple of weeks and after 2 months i was able to digest much better, and enjoy foods that i couldn't have before, as they irritated my gut. The two patches I've photographed were larger ,red lumpy and itchy two months ago. It was diagnosed as venal eczema a year ago at the skin clinic and steroid ointments had not cured it. I started taking the probiotic on 29th June.... so I am 6 weeks in. I can't say that I have seen any improvement - if anything it has got worse. I have stopped all treatment - topical and methotrexate to ensure that I give it a chance - and its not influenced by anything else. I eat a normal, healthy diet. Little alcohol. I am a bit disappointed after reading all of the reviews - especially given the price. I have suffered with psoriasis for about 30 years now and have tried everything. I have the HS books - but have purposely not started the 'diet' as wanted to ensure that I try one thing at a time to work out what works. I will finish this bottle and then review my situation.

It's often the reason people give up in months one and two. The body uses the skin as our largest organ of detoxification to expel toxins, and this might result in a temporary worsening of lesions. I stopped using instilar foam to treat my psoriasis in February this year when it completely stopped working for me and actually began to make the symptoms on my legs worse. I have used the multi-strain biotic before a few years ago- with great success. This was before I’d been prescribed steroid treatment for psoriasis. I truly believe using the steroid has caused my skin to be so much worse. I started taking the multi-strain biotic again in April of this year. The first pictures were taken in early June - So I’d been taking the biotic for over 6 weeks (but it was worse at the start of treatment, and it did completely clear up the psoriasis on my arms during this time. I’d also say again that the steroid instilar had caused me to be in full withdrawal at this point) The second set of pictures were taken today -mid August. It certainly has improved significantly and I will continue to use the biotic - as well as the green juice from Hanna’s book and other recipes.

I have been using this supplement for a few months now to help with rosacea. The problem has not disappeared but there is noticeable improvement and more importantly my skin feels so much more comfortable. My teenager daughters also take it now.
I’ve suffered from acne rosacea for the last 2 years. Despite trying several skin care products, using prescription medicine, changing diet nothing has helped it. I started taking the multi strain biotic 2 months ago and it’s reduced the acne and bumpiness that comes with rosacea. My face is still red in places but it is a lot calmer than before. I’m really happy with the results and hope it will improve further.
