Really do love this cream, the texture the way it soaks into skin leaving it feeling hydrated, smells lovely. Been having really bad time with my skin /flare ups of exzema since around October last year do feel its helping only downfall is the tube don't last very long with using it as a body cream daily or maybe its me applying to much
Best cream I have ever used! I use it on my hands and face and it has done wonders to my skin. I haven't used any skincare products (cleanser, toner, eye cream, serum, moisturiser) since I purchased this. It's affordable when comparing to the amount of skincare products I buy. Xo

Absolutely lovely cream works excellent on my hands
This has been tremendous help with my daughter’s eczema. It has been the only thing that has made any difference. We started using the hand cream about 2 weeks ago . The only thing I regret is not trying this sooner. The pictures I shared might not seemed like an improvement but believe me they were much worse. I have just purchased my second order so I hopefully everything keeps improving and will post another update soon.
My hands were covered in psoriasis but since using this for cream I am seeing results for the first time in years!

This winter I've developed a type of eczema on my hands (age, washing up and hand washing). I have used Hannah's products before and I knew they would be a good option. The Intensive Probiotic Hand Cream is perfect. It's rich and creamy and incredibly moisturising and soothing. My hands feel soft and hydrated, the eczema is manageable and the cream soothes any itching straight away. I highly recommend this product to get your hands through winter!
Arrived in this state so no way you could give as a gift. They offered a replacement but then said has run out if stock. Bah!

Finally! I've been struggling with eczema all my life and recently encountered a massive flare up. This hand cream kept my skin well hydrated, soothed and itch free. Lasts by far longer than any prescribed chemicals. And it has a divine scent! Tbh, I was sceptical at first - but your products changed my life!
I bought this for my sister in law as she had had a nasty patch of eczema like rash on her hand for several months and within two weeks of using your hand cream it is virtually gone! I had previously bought it for my daughter who was also suffering with this and her palm was rough, flaky and splitting. Now her skin is back to normal and feels soft to the touch .
My son ruined his hands using wipes to clean after a hospital visit nothing was helping but this handcream is bringing them back to normal

Recently I had sudden itch on my hands which eventually lead to tiny bubbles appeared, I immediately applied this cream. Minutes later my hands no longer itch and the tiny bubble has stop spreading. Sincerely, my new favourite hand cream. The substantial metal tube is generously filled with plenty applications for the maintence of your soft hands. The cream smells beautiful and not too overpowering, a delicate scent. It absorbs quickly and without residue; hands are soft but not sticky or greasy. The skin on my hands has improved after using it for five weeks and my nails seems stronger and in better condition. My only niggle is that the little cap is fiddly to get on and off.
I've had hand eczema for over a decade. I've used many hands creams. The one I've used the longest is cerave for v dry skin. This started to irritate and a skin care professional pointed out that cerave has high levels of preservatives. Hannah's cream has been a great upgrade. I know there are preservatives in this too but the levels are lower, and the prebiotic properties are good for my hand skin biome. The results are that I can moisturise less frequently. I get a tiny tingle after application but basically tolerate this well, and feel it's a well thought through quality product. I'm on tube 2 which says it all. Thanks Hannah
Made such a difference with regular use for several weeks
I bought this cream for my daughter who had severe eczema on the palms of her hands which caused deep cracks. After using the cream it has much improved and the skin is softer . I would recommend any one go use it for eczema problems.
Not the best pictures but to explain, I had blisters all over my hands and pealing skin from what the doctor prescribed to “help me” I have had eczema on my hands for 8 years and it’s actually going away. Blisters gone, no cracks, no pealing skin. My hands are just a small bit of the eczema I have on my body. But this is life changing!
Absorbs into the skin more quickly than aqueous cream type moisturisers, and so doesn't leave greasy marks on bedding etc. Also because of this it almost always acts more quickly. Ask me again when I've finished the tube, I drive a hard bargain on this kind of thing!
Psoriasis my nightmare After using the Multi Strain Biotic I started to use the Prebiotic hand cream 2 months ago, and I must say the results are amazing it’s probably the best I’ve used, 4 months ago I couldn’t hold anything in my one hand, now I can hold a tennis racket my life’s getting back to normal, these products don’t work over night, but for me 4 months of use the results are more than I could have hoped for, I also have patches on my elbows and knees my elbows are clear which again is amazing the inflammation is settling down on other parts of my body I believe continued use of these products, my skin will be clear in the next few months it’s brilliant I’d recommend these range of products to anybody.
